The highest residential appraisal credential issued by New Jersey. We’re qualified to appraise any one-to-four unit property and our reports meet the standards required by lenders, courts, and government agencies.
How long does the process take?
The on-site inspection runs 30–60 minutes. Your completed report is delivered within 2–5 business days. Rush turnaround is available.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
Not required, but helpful. If you know of recent upgrades or unique features, being available by phone ensures we capture everything accurately.
What should I do to prepare?
Make sure all areas are accessible including but not limited to: basement, attic, and bedrooms.

Are your appraisals accepted by banks and lenders?
Yes. We operate in full compliance with USPAP, the standard required by all federally regulated lenders.
What counties do you cover?
We primarily serve Essex, Middlesex, Morris, Union, and Somerset counties, with coverage across 15 New Jersey counties.
Can you complete FHA appraisals?
Yes. We handle both conventional and FHA appraisals.

What is a divorce appraisal?
A court-defensible valuation used for equitable distribution. We have specialized training in litigation-grade appraisals that meet legal standards.
Can you appraise a property retroactively for an estate?
Yes. We complete retrospective appraisals establishing value as of a specific past date, including date-of-death valuations for estate and tax purposes.
